The following list of new features, updates and bug fixes are included in the latest Sprint 23.11 release to the FEWS NET Data Platform.

FDE Updates
Improvements to the FEWS NET Data Explorer were completed through the following tickets:
The Selected Filters drawer on the domain pages now stays open by default to assist users in building complex searches (DATA-3178)
The option to download data in KML format was added to the Spatial domain (DATA-3169)
The Metadata tab was added back to the Spatial domain (DATA-3195)
Zimbabwe KoBo Pipelines (DATA-2951)
New pipelines were created to bring market price and exchange rate data for Zimbabwe from Kobo to FDW.
Add HFA Metadata Endpoint (DATA-3191)
An HFA metadata endpoint in JSON, HTML, and PDF formats was created for HFA extracts.
Select Task by Groups on Celery Monitor Dashboard (DATA-3211)
The Celery Monitor Dashboard in FDW can now be filtered by a group of tasks, rather than having to select tasks one by one.

Bug fixes for the FEWS NET Data Explorer were completed through the following tickets:
Improved scrolling behavior for the FDE built-in tour by correcting an issue where the page does not scroll down while describing the Visualize and Export section (DATA-3026) and ensured the Copy Link and Download buttons are visible while describing these features (DATA-3173)
Fixed a bug in the FIPE domain that caused an error when selecting the Southern Africa geographic unit by ensuring the
country
field is used to build the API URL, rather than theid
(DATA-3155)Consolidated the layer options that were being duplicated on the map visualization when selecting multiple countries in the Spatial domain (DATA-3170)
Corrected an issue where the API URL in the FIPE domain was reflecting selections made in the FIC domain (DATA-3267)
Livelihood Zone and FSC Livelihood Zone filters in FDW (DATA-2742)
Corrected the filtering of the livelihood_zone
and fsc_lhz
unit types in FDW for geographic unit set versions. Layers named with lhz
will now be saved as the livelihood_zone
type, while fsc_lhz
layers will be identified by including fsc_lhz
in the name.
