The Processing Data module is used to review and approve submitted data and source documents.

Review and publish data collections

1. From the system wide menu bar, select Data Processing > Display or Edit an Existing Data Collection (including Submit, Review, and Publish).

   1. Data collections that have not yet been reviewed are in Draft status.

2. Search and filter the available data collections as needed.

3. You can change the status of one of more selected data collections by choosing an option from the Action dropdown list and clicking Go.

   1. Delete selected unpublished data collections will delete the data collection(s). Data collections cannot be recovered once deleted.

   2. Submit selected data collections will update the data collection(s) status to Submitted.

   3. Publish selected data collections will update the data collection(s) status to Published.

   4. Review selected data collections will update the data collection(s) status to Under Review.

Using the Change Data Collection screen

You can use the Change Data Collection screen to edit, comment, and update the status of a data collection.

1. Click on the data collection name to go to the Change Data Collection screen.

2. Make edits, review the uploaded file or enter comments.

   1. Select either the Save, Save and Add Another or Save and Continue Editing button to save changes.

3. Select the History button to view the change history for the data collection.

4. Select the Publish or Review button to update the status of the data collection.

   1. A Delete button is also available at the bottom right of the screen.
