This task involved moving the Hub Helpdesk operations to JIRA Jira Service Desk. And JIRA Jira Service Desk allows users to provide access a Helpdesk Portal where internal and external users can read our FAQs and access User Forums to gather more user-focused information. All Helpdesk issues are now going through helpdesk@fews.net.
