  • The Hub Helpdesk was previously managed on using Redmine and this task is moving to JIRA , which is another ticket and task tracking system. This task involved moving the Hub Helpdesk operations to Jira Service Desk. And JIRA Jira Service Desk allows users to provide access a Helpdesk Portal where internal and external users can read our FAQs and access User Forums to gather more user-focused information about FDE. All Helpdesk issues are now going through helpdesk@fews.net.

Market Price Facts not refreshing because of Country Group metadata changes
