Trying to extract Geographic Units geographic units with population i.e (https://fdw.fews.net/api/geographicunit/?country=ET&unit_type=fsc_admin&as_of_date=2020-01-31&format=html&fields=with_population ) results in 500 Internal Server Error and this was resolved.
