• The Since the Hub Helpdesk was managed on Redmine and this task is moving the Hub Helpdesk to JIRA Service Desk.And JIRA Service Desk allows users to provide a Helpdesk Portal where internal and external users can read our FAQs and access User Forums to gather more user-focused information about FDE.
