It was the error message
MultipleObjectsReturned('get() returned more than one UnitOfMeasureConversion -- it returned 2, which was returned for having two unit of measure conversion for the same unit and this was resolved & validation has been added onUnitOfMeasureConversionwhich prevents from duplicate entries . The duplicates which were in PROD are now cleared.
